SORAT BUSINESS / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Sorat Business handles information in connection with soratbusiness.com and inquiries about our business website, SEO, AI optimization, content marketing and lead capture services.
1. Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address and message, along with any business name, website address and service selections you choose to provide. We may also receive information you share in follow-up communications.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records in the quote form. If a project needs access to business systems, the access arrangements should be agreed separately.
2. How information is used
We use inquiry information to review your needs, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and manage the resulting business relationship. Information may also be used to maintain website security, investigate technical problems and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting a quote request lets us respond about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or create a paid service agreement.
3. Hosting and service providers
Quote requests are stored through Lovable Cloud. Website hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate, deliver and secure the site; this can include IP addresses and technical request information.
We use Google Fonts to display the site's typefaces. Your browser requests font resources from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. Google's own privacy terms apply to its handling of those requests.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, prevent abuse or address a security issue. Project-specific tools and providers, if needed, should be identified as part of your service arrangements.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept as needed to handle the request, support the business relationship and satisfy applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline for every record.
Access to the requests inbox is restricted through a server-verified administrative session. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Use the contact form on this site to make a privacy request and include enough information for us to identify your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
A deletion request may be subject to legal retention requirements or other lawful exceptions. Avoid including sensitive verification documents in an initial form submission.
7. Other websites and client projects
Links to Sorat Agency or other third-party websites take you to services with their own policies. This notice covers Sorat Business's site, not every website we may build for a client.
A client website's collection of visitor leads, use of analytics, integrations and privacy obligations must be addressed for that particular project. A client's own privacy notice governs its handling of the leads it receives.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions about this policy or your information, contact Sorat Business through the website's contact form.
